A certain drop in trade turnover took place in the light of economic instability in 2013.
Andrey Belyanov, the head of the Russian Federal Customs Service, said that Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan were members of the Customs Union. Armenia will join it on January 1, 2015. Kyrgyzstan plans to join it in the future.
