Iran lowers fees for airspace transit

 

Deputy Managing Director of the Iranian Organization of Airports Ibrahim Shoushtari said that the republic was planning to lower fees for transit through its airspace. He explained that it will be made in the light of improved security, Trend reports.The official noted that the number of flights through Iran had increased after the Malaysian passenger plane crash in Ukraine.Iran started 11 new flight. It is currently organizing flights in 103 directions. The number of transit flights of foreign companies over Iran increased by 38.5% in 7 months of the current calendar year of Iran, compared with the previous year.
