Armenia to build water reservoir on Turkish border

 

KfW (Germany) will grant Armenia 50 million euros for construction of the Kapssky Water Reservoir on Akhurian River between the Armenian and Turkish border. 2 million euros will also be issue as a grant for technical assistance. The volume of the water reservoir will total 25 million cubic meters, News.am reports.The funds will be granted for 15 years (5-year beneficial period). The Armenian government approved the loan agreement.
