Unstable Russian currency rate will not affect Georgian exports

Georgian Minister for Agriculture Otar Danelia said that devaluation of the Russian ruble will not have a negative impact on Georgian exports. He noted that export indicators of 2013 had been calculated, so subsidies had been spent on citrus fruit processing, Trend reports.

Georgian exporters have recently been complaining about loss of profit and sales of Georgian wine in Russia because of the weakening Russian currency.
