The 2015 municipal project budget of Krasnodar has been passed with a deficit of 3 billion rubles. The budget will total 20.1 billion rubles, expenditure 23.1 billion rubles, Interfax reports.
The budget deficit is expected to be covered by extra income and financial assistance from other levels of the budget system.
