Russian Vice Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich said today that custom duties for grain exports will be set in February and lifted in mid-2015, RIA Novosti reports.
They will be declared within the next 3 days. A ton of grain costs 9,000-10,000 rubles in Russia, it is exported for 14,000 rubles.
