Ulyukayev: Russia does not need liberal revolution

Improving the economic situation in Russia and the planned economic growth of 3% may occur with no abrupt changes in the law or a liberal revolution. This was stated by Minister of Economic Development of Russia Alexei Ulyukayev.

According to Ulyukayev, Vladimir Putin intended to achieve economic growth of 3% in two years, as the president said in his address to the Federal Assembly.
"In our baseline forecast growth of 2.3% in 2016 and 3% in 2017was proposed. Now these figures, of course, need corrected, but I continue to believe that it's real. Our potential output is about 2.5 to 3%, it is possible without any effort on the legislative framework or liberal revolution," RBC quoted the Minister.
