Four new tourist clusters are going to be established in the North Caucasus Federal District by 2018. The corresponding document has recently been signed by Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
The new clusters are expected to be established in Chechnya, Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkaria and Adygeya.
