Samsun-Ceyhan pipeline project to be examined by Turkey

Russian has presented the Turkish authorities with a project for an inter-governmental agreement on the Samsun-Ceyhan oil pipeline, with a capacity of 25 million tons a year, RIA Novosti cites Russian energy minister Anataly Yanovsky.
He added that the project has already been discussed with Turkey in advance and is being used as a guideline.
