Governor of the Stavropol Territory Vladimir Vladimirov has halted the hiring of functionaries, starting from January 1, 2015. The initiative is motivated by budget shortages. The only exception will be structural reforms to state offices, Vladimirov's website reports.
The regional budget has a special scenario developed for the complicated economic situation in the country. The scenario requires optimization of expenses.
