President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko met George Soros, the well-known financier, who was visiting Kiev.
Poroshenko and Soros discussed international instruments and opportunities for extending economic aid to Ukraine. George Soros noted the significant role of the EU and the importance of searching for additional instruments by the EU to help Ukraine. Soros believes Ukraine should continue demonstrating its striving for reforms, according to RIA Novosti.
Poroshenko thanked Soros for his support for Ukraine, especially his address to the international community to improve the level of support for Ukrainian state.
