Makhachkala will open the Pervy Trade and Recreation Center in Q4 2016. It will be the first professional trade center in Dagestan. First Development R.D. is the developer of the project.
Pervy will have a total area of 37,000 square meters. 25,000 square meters of the area will be used to trade clothes and accessories, food, household electronics, products for children. Moreover, they will include a multi-room cinema theater, a recreation zone covering over 2,000 square meters, a food court and restaurants.
The agglomeration of Makhachkala with a population of 1 million people has seven international brands, four of them belong in the premium class. The level of trade estate and international retail in the republic is low.
