Moody's estimates a reduction of Russia's GDP at 5.5% in 2015

The international ratings agency Moody's, based on an assessment, forecasts a reduction of Russia's GDP of 5.5% in 2015. This information was contained in a message about lowering the credit rating of Armenia, released yesterday.

"According to the Moody's forecast, Russia's GDP in 2015 will decrease by 5.5%, which will reduce economic activity in Armenia, taking into account the historically strong ties between the cycles of growth in Russia caused by trade channels and funds transfers. Russia accounts for 23% of Armenian exports," TASS cites the text of the message.
