Russia has fallen to "speculative" level according to S&P

The international ratings agency S&P has decided to lower the sovereign credit rating of the Russian Federation.

 

Now, instead of investment BBB, it has fallen to the "speculative" BB+. According to this, the forecast for further changes is negative.

 

Earlier, Russia's rating was downgraded by Fitch and Moodys, but they kept it at the level of investment, RIA Novosti reports.
