Ingushetia sets priority construction goals

Ingush Leader Yunus-Bek Yevkurov has named strategic federal-level priorities in construction: realization of the second part of the program of resettling families hit by landslides, solution of housing problems of refugees from Chechnya living in Ingushetia, anf equipping the Chechen oncological dispensary, Yevkurov’s press service reports. 

The Ingush leader set the priorities at a meeting with Ingush prime minister Abubakar Malsagov and acting director of the Directorate for the Realization of the Federal Purpose Program for Socio-Economic Development until 2016, Magomed Bekov. 

Concerning full recovery from landslides, attendees of the meeting said that 32 houses with a total area of 90,400 square meters for over 800 families were opened in the south-western part of Malgobek in late 2013. About 30 multi-apartment houses with an area of 90,000 square meters will be constructed within the framework of the second stage of the program. Yevkurov said that the region had done a lot in the sector of housing construction in the past years. He expects to achieve the same results this year.
