First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov said that Russia will not cut military and agricultural spending.
"We believe that there are areas in which the government will not propose spending cuts: the country's defense and agriculture," Tass quoted him as saying.
For now, according to Shuvalov, many areas of the country are experiencing difficulties with winter, and the authorities are going to help farmers.
