Turkey intends to develop cooperation with Iran.

"Neither the US nor any other country can dictate policy to Turkey -
we are not a banana republic," said Zafer Caglayan, Turkish State
Minister, Iran News reports, referring to the Turkish newspaper
Hurriyet.

As previously reported, the Turkish company TUPRAS scaled back its
activities in Iran. The company Turkish Petroleum Refineries Co
(TUPRAS), a Turkish oil giant, has announced the breaking of all
existing contracts with Iran, according to the Iranian newspaper
Tehran Times.
