Russian Vice Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak has declared reduction of the cost of the Kerch Bridge by 19 billion rubles at a meeting with President Vladimir Putin and other members of the government, TASS reports.According to a federal purpose program, the bridge costs about 247 billion rubles. The contract offered for its construction gives a price of 228.3 billion rubles.Arkady Rotenberg’s Stroygazmontazh is the general contractor of the construction project. The construction was ordered by Rosavtodor. The road and the railway over the Kerch Strait are expected to open on December 18, 2018.
