Armenian Deputy Minister for International Economic Integration and Reforms Suren Karayan and Russian Deputy Minister of Finances Sergey Storchak signed an agreement yesterday, according to which Russia will grant Armenia a loan to extend the lifespan of the Metsamor Nuclear Power Plant, News.am reports.
