Russian Vice Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin supervising the military industry promised Dagdiesel financial support from the government to realize its modernization process. Dagdiesel, as he said, was one of the largest military enterprises, specializing in production of torpedoes for submarines. The enterprise is on the edge of bankruptcy in the light of the events in Ukraine because it can no longer cooperate with the country, RIA Novosti reports.Rogozin reminded that the government had a share of 38% in the factory. In his opinion, modernization via the federal purpose program for development of the military industrial complex would require state control over the enterprise.The vice prime minister said that the situation around Dagdiesel was not unique, similar problems at the Energia Rocket and Space Corporation had been solved, its assets were taken under control by the United Rocket and Space Corporation.
