Preferential duty on Caspian oil in Russia may be $80 per ton

Experts from the "Lukoil" public corporation have estimated the
possible preferential duty on Caspian oil at $80 per ton, RIA Novosti
cites the vice president of the company, Leonid Fedun, as saying.

"From January 1st onward the export duty on the Caspian oil in Russia
will be $80 instead of $280. This tariff will be preserved until it
becomes unprofitable", said Fedun.
