Putin: we don't give up cooperation with Turkey

Russia will not refuse to cooperate with Turkey on the implementation of the 'Turkish Stream' pipeline if other projects arise, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a joint press conference with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.

"We won't give up cooperation with Turkey. Not only because it is indecent, but because we don’t want to find ourselves in an awkward situation - today the European Commission refuses, tomorrow it agrees and the day after tomorrow it might refuse again.

So we call for a serious long-term partnership, like we used to have years ago," RIA Novosti cited him as saying.

The President stressed that Russia has always been a very reliable partner, and will continue to be so in the future.
