Russian Vice Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich has hailed freezing of prices for socially-important products in Russian trade networks. In his words, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev ordered the Cabinet to reconsider the law on trade, making relations between the networks and suppliers more transparent, TASS reports.Dvorkovich said that transparency was a bigger problem than poor regulation. He added that there were different proposals: from regulation of markups to extension of authority of the Federal Antimonopoly Service.
