The current crisis and the one that Russia experienced in 2009 are significantly different from each other, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovic said at the Krasnoyarsk forum.

 

"In the first place, then we did not allow the currency course to jump. It happened at some moment, but rather moderately, and then went back pretty quickly, literally after five or six months. Inflation was significantly lower, and therefore we did not allow a significant reduction in real incomes.
