In the Chechen capital Grozny a recording of the expert talk show "Caucasian Perspective" on Caucasian Television took place today. The show was dedicated to the discussion of topical issues, said the spokesperson of the Guild of Builders of the North Caucasian Federal District, Ellina Dadashov.
Problems common to the republics of North Caucasus Federal District were discussed at the show: the loss of the industrial base of the economy,the high rate of unemployment, the high level of the shadow economy, the lack of investment funds.
The participants also discussed sanctions against Russia as reflected in the Caucasus as a positive or negative phenomenon.
To summarize, the talk show host of "Caucasian Perspective", Dmitri Yefremov, noted that the main task was to establish contacts between business representatives, chambers of commerce and the regional authorities.
