The Chechen government has set a minimum subsistence level in the republic for Q4 2014. The minimum subsistence level per capita will total 6,771 rubles, it will total 7,471 rubles for employable people, 5,799 rubles for pensioners and 5,949 rubles for children, the Chechen government reports.
