Russia and the European Commission in the near future will address the issue of gas supplies to Europe from the hub on the Turkish-Greek border, the head of the Ministry of Energy of Russia Alexander Novak said.
"The development of the gas transportation system in the south-east of the hub on the border between Turkey and Greece will be the subject of our discussion in the near future," TASS reports with reference to the TV channel Russia 24.
In addition, Novak said that Russia and the European Commission will also consider downloading the OPAL gas pipeline project, which is a continuation of the Nord Stream gas pipeline.
