The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received the Minister of Transport of the State of Qatar, Jassim Saif Ahmed Al-Sulaiti today.
During the meeting, the President noted that Azerbaijan is implementing important work towards the creation of a regional transport infrastructure. He noted that there were good opportunities for the development of cooperation between Baku and Doha in the transport sector, stressing the importance of defining the prospects in the transport sector.
In his turn, the Minister said that Qatar is holding talks with the relevant agencies of Azerbaijan on expanding cooperation in the field of transport infrastructure, Interfax-Azerbaijan reports.
