Armenian Minister for Economy Karen Chshmarityan said today that an agreement was reached with the Investment Fund of Kuwait. The latter will finance infrastructure programs in Armenia, Tert.am reports.The minister expressed hope that Kuwait-Yerevan flights will have started by the end of this year. The issue was raised at a meeting with Prime Minister Ovik Abramyan.Chshmarityan noted that another agreement was reached. It stipulates presentation of Armenian business program to the Investment Fund of Kuwait by the Commerce and Industry Chamber.
