Russian ministry will not leave Crimean resorts waterless

 

Dmitry Kirillov, the director of the department for state policy and regulation of water resources of the Russian Ministry for Environment, said today that the southern coast of Crimea had enough water for a year, water problems of Sevastopol were solved, all remaining problems on the peninsula will have been dealt with by the end of 2015, RIA Novosti reports.The water problem in Crimea was partly solved by transferring water from River Biyuk-Karasu to the North Crimean Canal and by drilling new boreholes.
