Ingushetia to save 1.6 billion rubles by cutting salaries

 

Ingushetia will save over 1.6 billion rubles by merging ministries and agencies, cutting salaries of functionaries, reducing the intensity of events and visits, firing part of the bureaucracy of some ministries, lowering transport expenditures, according to Ingush Leader Yunus-Bek Yevkurov’s Spokesman Shamsudin Bokov, TASS reports.Yevkurov signed a decree on merging the energy commission with the Ingush Ministry for Economy, the veterinary department with the Ministry of Agriculture, the State Archive Service with the Ministry for Culture, the Committee for Ecology and Natural Resources with the Committee for Forests and the Department for Protection, Control and Regulation of Exploitation of Objects of the Animal World and their Environment, the Committee for Youth with the Committee for Tourism, the State Construction Surveillance with the Housing Construction Surveillance.
