Baku and Tbilisi have completely fulfilled their obligations relating to the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars project, the Minister of Energy of Georgia, Deputy Prime Minister Kakha Kaladze said.
"Georgia and Azerbaijan have completely fulfilled the obligations relating to the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway project. According to the information I received yesterday, the construction of a tunnel has also been completed in Turkey," APA cited him as saying.
The politician added that implementation of the project will be completed in two months. "This is a very great and important project. The railway will be commissioned by the end of this year," Kaladze said.
