The Armenian government has decided to provide Metsamorenergoatom company with additional powers. The company was created to construct nuclear energy blocks.
The compoany was founded by Russian state nuclear corporation Rosatom and the Armenian Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources. Metsamorenergoatom will now also be responsible for operating the nuclear power plant.
