The Russian Minister for Emergencies said that the Kerch Ferry should operate as long as possible, preferably without any halts, keeping people safe. The ferry service between Crimea and Russia was restricted again today due to reconstruction of the ferry. About 2,000 trucks were waiting for the ferry in the morning, RIA Novosti reports.
The minister noted that people waiting at the ferry should be provided with food. Mail services, banks and other essential services should be open to people, Puchkov added.
