The Moscow Court of Arbitration has withdrawn Olimpstroy’s lawsuits. The state corporation demanded a payment of 11.4 billion rubles from the Krasnodar Territory’s administration for forfeiting an agreement signed on June 27, 2012, to build Olympic facilities, RIA Novosti reports.The corporation has also withdrawn its suit against the administration on a compensation worth 7.9 billion rubles for forfeiting an agreement signed on July 31, 2009. The case has not been closed because the administration filed counterclaims on the validity of the document. The hearings will continue on April 7.
