14 billion rubles have been granted for the construction of an energy bridge from the Krasnodar Territory to Crimea under the Kerch Strait this year, as stated by Head of Crimea Sergey Aksenov, RIA Novosti reports.Rossetey subsidiary OAO CIUS-EES is the main contractor, as stated by Rossetey Deputy Director General Dan Belensky in late March. The construction will continue until 2017. The first power line launched by the end of 2015 will have a capacity of 300-350MW, the second one will be built next year, raising the capacity to 800-840MW.
