LUKOIL-Nizhnevolzhskneft Director General Nikolai Lyashko said today that over 350 billion rubles were being invested in fields of the northern part of the Caspian. Over 25 platforms weighing about 100,000 tons in total will be built, TASS reports.LUKOIL found 14 structures with 810 million tons of fuel in the Russian sector of the Caspian Sea. About 4 billion rubles were invested in geological explorations in 2014. Over 22 billion will be invested in 2015-2017. According to Lyashko, LUKOIL found new fields in the Caspian Sea.
