Kabardino-Balkaria has passed a bill with budget amendments, cutting expenditures by 590 million rubles in 2015.State offices will reduce expenditures by over 150 million rubles. The upkeep of state offices was brought down to the level of 2014. Expenditures of fuel, traveling, communication and information services will be lowered.
