Russian Sports Minister Vitaly Mutko said that import displacement will help with the cost sheet of the 2018 FIFA World Cup. He warned that there was no one to grant any additional funds, TASS reports.
The economic situation rose by about 30-40% in the complicated economic situation in Russia, says Mutko. The list of imported products set for substitution by national products will be formed in May 2015.
About 300 billion rubles will have been spent on stadium construction for the start of the World Cup.
