The police of Dagestan have revealed an illegal tie-in on the 349th km of the Grozny-Baku oil pipeline and detained two trucks, one of which was carrying 20 tons of oil, RIA Novosti reports, citing the local police.
The incident happened near the village of Dyuzlyar of Derbent region in Dagestan at 00.30. One truck driver escaped arrest.
