Russian Deputy Minister of Agriculture Andrey Volkov said that grain harvests will have been increased to 120 million tons by 2020, according to the order of the new Minister of Agriculture, Alexander Tkachev, RIA Novosti reports.
Russia collected 105.3 million tons of grain in 2014, Gazeta.ru reports.
