The RAS Kovalevsky Marine Biology Research Institute and the RAS Marine Hydrophysical Institute have received 54.1 million and 54.7 million rubles respectively for Q2 2015 from the Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations. The sums amount to a third of their annual funds, Gazeta.ru reports.
Both institutes have been registered as federal state scientific centers of Sevastopol, they are part of the Federal Agency's structure.
Until now, the institutes had not been financed for four months due to unset status.
