Iran will offer companies attending a two-week conference in Tehran set for May 31 to invest $5.2 billion in 16 projects, most of which are related to metal and power plants, Bloomberg reports.
The projects include construction of a steelworks for $975 million, a power plant with an output of 1,000MW for $900 million and an aluminum factory for $824 million. Iran expects to see an investment injection after gaining sanctions relief.
