Azerbaijan's Ministry of Emergency Situations has started negotiations on purchase of equipment and hardware.
The Minister of Emergency Situations, Kamaladdin Heydarov, has held negotiations with foreign companies as part of his visit to the IDEF 2015 defense exhibition in Istanbul.
“The objective of the negotiations was to provide up-to-date equipment and hardware for the MES forces,” abc.az cited the Ministry.
The Minister visited Turkey with this purpose on May 4-5
