State Duma to strengthen control over foreign investments in Crimea

The Russian government has submitted to the State Duma a bill on the application of Russian law on foreign investments in Crimea and Sevastopol. The document has been placed in the database of the lower chamber.

 

"Adoption of the bill will strengthen the monitoring of the implementation of foreign investments in business entities of strategic importance to ensure compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation by foreign investors, as well as prevent abuse in this area,"   the government proposes.
