Russia and Belarus can share military and state secrets

Russia and Belarus will be able to share military and state secrets between each other. The countries have signed an agreement according to which they can share information constituting state secrets in the military sphere. The decree was signed by Prime Minister Andrey Kobyakov and was issued by the Council of Ministers of Belarus.


‘’We agreed with the proposal of the Ministry of Defense and with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, the State Security Committee and the State Secretariat of the Security Council, about the signing of the contract between the Ministry of Defense of Belarus and the Ministry of Defense of Russia, according to which we can share state secrets between the countries and implement bilateral cooperation in the military sphere," RIA Novosti quotes the text.
