The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, has arrived in Turkmenistan, where he will meet with President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
At a meeting in Ashgabat the sides will discuss topical issues of regional and international politics, as well as the prospects of Turkmen-Pakistani cooperation in the trade and economic sphere.
One of the main topics of the talks will be the implementation of the TAPI Gas pipeline project (Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India), RIA Novosti reports. It is expected that a package of bilateral documents will be signed aimed at deepening and broadening the partnership between the two countries.
