Silk Way and Lufthansa to build new hangar in Baku airport

Silk Way Technics (SWT), a branch of Silk Way Airlines, plans to build a new hangar to service planes at Baku's Heydar Aliyev international airport. SWT signed a contract with Germany's Lufthansa Consulting, Trend reports, citing a message on the website of Lufthansa.


SWT will provide technical services for planes such as Boeing, Airbus and ATR.


Lufthansa Consulting will observe and analyze the location of the object, designs and documentation. The company will present the project for positioning and size. Its specialists will also determine the necessary auxiliary equipment. A detailed report will be compiled with proposals for modifications.
