Armenian national air company Armavia is opening new direct flights to Ukraine, to the cities of Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, News Armenia reports, citing the press-secretary of Armavia Nana Avetisova.
The flights to Dnepropetrovsk will be available on Sundays from October 31 and to Donetsk on Fridays from November 5, she said.
This means that Armavia will have a total of 6 direct flights to Ukraine (Kiev, Simferopol, Odessa, Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk).
Armavia makes over 100 flights per week in 35 directions of 20 countries. The air company transported over 700 000 passengers in 2009. It has 9 planes (A320-3, A319-3, CRJ-200, Yak-42-VIP).
