The Russian parliament has accepted in the first reading the federal budget draft for 2011 and planning period for 2012 and 2013, RIA Novosti reports.
The budget deficit is planned in 2011 at 1,814 trillion rubles (3,6% of GDP), in 2012 - 1,734 (3,1 of GDP), in 2013 - 1,795 (2,9% of GDP).
Budget income in 2011 is planned to be 8,844 trillion rubles (17,6% of GDP), in 2012 - 9,503 (17% of GDP), in 2013 - 10,379 (16,8 of GDP).
Inflation in 2011 is planned to be 6,5%, in 2012 - 6% and in 2013 - 5,5%.
